RETURN POLICY
Every of your order will be guaranteed for full refund if the item arrives and it is not as what described at the post, we will send you the return label and then issue a full refund of what you have paid. You can easily fill up the following request form to initiate the return process.
We are selling quality and assurance. We will ensure your satisfaction be met in full scale.
We request the buyer to follow the instructions below after receiving the package you have ordered.

Make sure open the shipping package and take out all the parts.

Check all parts against the specification as posted at the website. All the parts will be what you receive from the package.

In the package you will find the user’s manual on how to assemble the parts becoming a chair.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all the parts and assembled chair working fine.
Therefore, our Return and Refund policy will applied under the two scenarios:

Within 10 business days after the receipt of the item, if the buyer wants to return the chair we will cover the return shipping expense. We will refund the amount you have paid. The buyer can easily find our RMA contact detail on the last page of the User’s manual in the package. The buyer can either call by phone or email our customer service. We will send the buyer the UPS returning label and work with the buyer upon the pick-up schedule by UPS carrier.

After the 10 business days after the receipt of the item, if the buyer wants to return the chair, the buyer has to cover the return shipping expense. The buyer has to contact the carrier to arrange the package pick up and return to us. We will then issue full refund after receive the package as what it is original shipped to the buyer. There should not be any damage or missing part of the package.
We will ensure all the products you purchase through us will be guaranteed upon the quality. We always demand the buyers to carefully read all the description of the item before placing order.

REFUND POLICY
The refund will be issued through the payment method the buyer original used. The refund will take about 24-48 hours after a refund notice email or text message send to the buyer after the receipt of the return package. If the buyer used credit card or bank card to do the purchase, we will issue the refund to the credit card or bank card. If the buyer used the wire transfer or check payment, we will issue the same dollar amount to the buyer by mailing our company check to the buyer's appointed receiving address.
